Kicked from game during "Escape" animation

Dude, it's so painful..
Playing normal no lagging, when I escape, the game kicked me from match and got pinalty.
Anyone get same problem?

Yep, got a crash while being sacrified. Right at the end of the animation. Was cool, no BPs for that match at all and a 5 minute penalty.
