YOUR game crashes and I'm Penalized?

What the heck? My game crashes. I was being tunneled and running this trapper all across Ormond throwing yet another pallet down and i look behind me to flash him with the flashlight and my game freezes and crashes. Some black screen popped up and had some details on it and I clicked send. But if it acknowledges that its a game crash why the hell am I having to wait because of a DC timer? How about fixing these issue before breaking your necks to try and punish people for DC when your game is constantly crashing. Christ.
