Will Keys Ever Be Changed?

Like, it's so annoying to constantly have to deal with being oUtsKillEd. They literally punish the killer for playing well, and at the same time offer next to no counter play. It's one of the few terrible elements left in the game that still reward bad gameplay. They need to be changed sooner than later.
