Haddonfield Balconies - what's wrong with them, and what we need instead

On Haddonfield, there are a good number of balconies - they vary somewhat, but all are accessed through a door and/or window.

The issue is: None of the three variations (1 door, 1 window, both) are fun or interactive.

Balconies with just a door are very weak, they offer no real advantage unless you have Balanced Landing and aren't exhausted, and don't really contribute to the map much at all except maybe a place to hide.

Balconies with a window and door have some amount of play to them, but are mostly just a vault that a survivor can get by a bit faster than a killer - they add to the map some, but aren't very interactive as the survivor only vaults the window one way, once they're through they just go, or stay in place if the killer isn't following.

Balconies with just a window are strong, and add a good option for survivors to the map, but they have zero interactivity - the moment the survivor presses space, they don't need to do anything but look back through the one window to decide if they should continue or not. The only killer that can do ANYTHING about this is Nurse. These may make great loops, but they don't let either killer or survivor apply much skill to the issue, except maybe the occasional vault tech, and even that's sketchy considering the audible "oof" of survivors hitting the ground.

I'd like to propose we make all balconies window/pallet balconies - place the door fairly far from the window to still give the vault some value, but have a doorway with a pallet on the inside so that a survivor can play at the balcony, the killer can try to get a hit at the window/pallet, and the window is a bit stronger than current window/door balconies once the pallet is gone, but we no longer have the uninteractive window only balconies.

How do you guys feel about this?

I did sit in green ranks for a while, yeah. I'm purple currently, and have been playing against teams that are 3 or 4 red ranks in 75+% of my games.
