Chase Music
Will we ever get an option to turn down music during a chase? As killer it makes it harder to hear survivors in general because the music is so loud. Its not bad as survivor because audio isn't nearly as important but still an option would be nice.

Probably not because turning the music down or completely off would provide a huge advantage to players that choose too, and it would lessen the intensity of a chase.

The music adds intensity to a chase? I just find it incredibly annoying most of the time.

Honestly this. When the music was bugged i was having a blast. Its so dumb that i a random ass fire barrel is loud enough that chase music makes that a possible juke.
Not to mention randomly getting chase music because a claudette ran in next to you when you didnt see her is stupid too. Sometimes i question how i saw them lol

In the same way that modifying textures would give you a visual advantage (ie making Claudette's skin hot pink) and is therefore banned, modifying sounds and their volumes would give a distinct advantage over people who chose not to.
Personally, I think its already a shame that people play on the lowest graphics settings because it increases visibility, I'd rather not have people feeling obligated to remove the music for a gameplay advantage.
