Basement bug still around

got hooked in the basement of the coal mines i got this weird bug where i was sent up into the sky box, but was still able to get hit and interacted with on the ground.

For me it was PS4, Shelter woods, swf with one other (the Jake with the Halloween head) against Bubba. My head on did not work, I got grabbed hooked in basement and it occurred for the rest of the time unless the killer interacted with me.
