Make the most ridiculous and fun perk you can think of, try to actually make it useful in a way as well
And no, don't make a perk that goes "Press X to automatically kill all survivors"
Mine is "Piss off"
After being in chases for a total of 40 seconds Piss off charges up, press the secondary action button to shove everything in front of you out of the way without being slowed down, works while carrying survivors as well. (This includes healthy or injured survivors, pallets that are being thrown and locker doors)
