Why is the Chains of Hate DLC $7.99 instead of $6.99 on Humble Bundle?

On Steam, it's listed as $6.99 as the base price, but Humble Bundle is selling it at $7.99 as the base price.

This is actually interesting.
Same thing on twitch, subscribing to one guy I watch in the app is 6.99 but doing it on chrome is 4.99

There's no real reason why it's like that, maybe they're capitalizing on the new DLC/steam retail being down?
Who knows, that's just how they priced it I guess.

Strangely enough, Windows Store is $6.99 as well along with all the other DLCs on Humble Bundle (except for some of the licensed ones).
