Friend lost lunar event mask and jacket plus summer event progression

since yesterday my friend signed on just see her huntress wolf mask and David jacket was gone including all progression for the summer event. Has this happened to anyone else?

    I will take hostages if I log on (if I can log on PS4) and see my lunar and summer things gone.

    I signed on mine and thankfully everything is there. Took screenshots of them incase it happens to me and I have proof I had them
