These 2 perks are by far the most OP and crutch-perks which is why they need a change.

In the most recent Q&A the devs have shown the new All seeing Wraith Add-on which allows you to see the gen progression while cloaked.
Why not build this into Surveilance?
Proposed change:
Unlock potential in your aura reading ability. The 3 closest gens to you within a 32/40/48 meter range will have a changed aura revealing their progression. (Gens with a very low repair progress will be displayed white/gens with a high progression will appear in a dark blue/dark red)

Fire Up is fairly simple just increase the values and make it so that the speed increases allready kick in at 1 finished gen and make it cap out at 4 finished gens
Proposed change:
1 token: 6/8/10% increase in, Vault, Pick up and Destruction speed
2 tokens: 11/13/15% increase in Vault, Pick up and Destruction speed
3 tokens: 16/18/20% increase in Vault, Pick up and Destruction speed
4 tokens: 21/23/25% increased Vault, Pick up and Destruction speed

    Not that I don't like your surveillance idea but I would use it if they just made the crappy 16 second timer like 45 seconds
