    Had my first one earlier.

2nd game with Deathslinger. R15 killer, faced off against 2 R1s, 1 R3 and a R12. Was looped mercilessly on Lery's and sabbo'd on every single down, along with constant taunting. In the end I faced a corner, came back and they were still running around me, no further gens done.

By some miracle I got one on a hook and filled the screen with his body on the hook.

What an enriching experience that was. God bless MM and god bless the community.

Ran up against a 4-man SWF sabo squad in Thompson's House (I know it was SWF because I went up against the same team several games later, minus the sabo tools). I had my Agitation/Iron Grasp/Mad Grit meme build. They got through the first few gens pretty quick, but blew through a lot of good pallets in the process. Then they tried to sabo hooks to save a fallen teammate, and it all went downhill from there because my build counters sabotaging better than any garbage Hangman's Trick. :P Most of the good pallets being gone meant I could safely chase one of them while carrying someone else, and by the time they had managed to get to the fourth gen, the last two players had given up because both were on death hook and one was already being carried.

Drop the survivor and spank the body blockers.

If they try to sabo in front of you now then their loss.

(Also try iron grasp it's a nice perk)

Alternatively, when people see how easy it is to do, it may become meta.

3 people following you while carrying someone?

Drop them. Hit the others. That's 4 people not doing work.

    Ffs people these days.

yesterday i played 4 matches as killer 3 of them saboing, you get a hit they get a hook and a wiggle out, then you need to chase all over again, its unfun as hell play this way, if you go to another hook they will follow, wiggle out and bodyblock you.

im only playing with moris if they play dirty they get moried

This is what I fear. If it becomes meta, que times will be even worse till they fix it. It's 1.9.2 all over again.

    I highly doubt it.

Yesterday evening I only saw Saboteur two times in my games. And only one hook got sabotaged, and this was not a problem for the Killer, since he was able to hook me on a different hook.

As long as sabotaged Hooks are not gone forever, it is not worth to spend time saboing (and I include the time the Survivor will waste running behind the Killer/next to an injured Survivor). Sabotage might have become a little bit more viable, but nothing that will be seen frequently.

I've started using Mad Grit and Iron Grasp for this reason alone. Let them sabo and body block all they like. That survivor ain't leaving their new home!

    Hook Tech.

    Sprint Burst on demand Tech

    DS-into-locker(-into-headon) Tech

    Tactical Disconnect-To-Give-The-Hatch Tech

Seriously though, I feel Sabo (Or at the very least a toolbox) will become meta similar to DS, BT, DH, and Adrenaline.

Tried sabo'ing in front of a killer. Apparently getting slapped resets progress. Hook also reset almost immediately.

If you're gonna go that route, I STRONGLY recommend adding Agitation for maximum memes. Combined with Mad Grit and Iron Grasp, you become fast enough that you can actually start chasing Survivors for a bit while carrying someone.

I've seen some streamers run that sort of build before, but never thought to try it since I always try keep Sloppy and BBQ with my perks. May run Agitation instead just for the lols

When you get it going, it is a lot of fun. It is especially funny when a Survivor botches a flashlight save, eats a hit, and then thinks that they can get the save on the second attempt.

    I've been running solo

Alex's Toolbox w/ Hacksaw, Wire Spool (Petrified Oak)

Saboteur, Breakout, Iron Will, Sprint Burst

Easiest games of my life, once the other survivors see that the killer can't get hooks at all. They just do gen's, and then I loop / sabo the killer any time they try to do their objective. EZ wins, and EZ games for anyone who get's matched with me. Thank-you BHVR for giving me full control of the Killer's objective.

Well. It's not like it was obviously broken in swf teams on the PTB and you could easily see that it needed a nerf. BHVR with their famous blindfold again.

I played a handful of games yesterday and only had to drop one survivor due to sabotaging hooks. There were several attempts where I could see a survivor going to a hook and I was able to just change my route to a different hook. So the only way to effectively sabotage requires multiple survivors running to different hooks which requires a lot of survivors not doing gens. It'll be a thing killers need to be aware of but it is also 100% counterable. If you are getting sabo bullied then you need to adjust your tactics.

I have only ran into twice so far.

One squad was awful at it. They just kept feeding me. They gave up eventually.

The other squad abused me to the point I just gave up. Not much I could do to stop them. Very well coordinated team. I just circled the map until the nightmare was over.

I ran into a 3 man swf flashlight squad running sabo with 1 toolbox at rank 1.

I proceeded to run Iron Grasp, Agitation, Mad Grit, and Lightborn on Billy.

No gens were done that day.

It doesn't always work if survivors are smart, but watching them struggle was exhilarating.

same here, we were able to stop the killer from hooking us, despite getting downed a lot. unbreakable, for the people and if they do get a hook: DS can absolutely crush a killer. EZ

Ugh... Sadly it's true. Played 3 rounds yesterday after the update finished, and using my normal builds for the first 2 games I could hardly hook anyone. This is probably an excited reaction from survivors because now they can easily stop killers from hooking, but they also brought in Breakout which made things so much worse... They were probably full on Sabo Squad SWF's considering how coordinated they seemed, so I was bullied pretty hard. After those first 2 games left me feeling sour, I switched to the build: Agitation, Mad Grit, Iron Grasp, & Hangmans (because I wanted to see if it has any usefulness after the change from the ptb version). Suffice to say, I was finally able to hook survivors regularly again and funny enough, because they were all so hell bent on sabo'ing, the gens weren't going very fast. Once they figured out they couldn't sabo-save against my build though, they stopped trying and the gens just flew. I 3k'd that game, and they blasted me in the chat for having a full anti-sabo build... sigh, the next few weeks as killer are gonna suck.

The trade off for the faster sabo speed is you gotta do it in one go

Also gotta already be in position. Just saying it doesn't feel like that huge a buff. Feels doable, but same could be said about flashlight saves.

No offense, but you probably aren't high ranked or were just lucky.

Once as survivor and once as killer. It's very rare on my end. As survivor, the Deathslinger dropped and pressured. The saboer was a solo and unrelated to me. Nothing came out of it, by it I mean saboing, as we all escaped.

As killer it was maaaybe a min 2 swf. They were blocking and causing trouble, but it didn't hinder me much. I had a hook close by the first time in the match, and after I'd either drop or just dedicate and get hits in. Easy stbfl stacks so I wasn't complaining.

Besides, I usually hit them enough to cancel the sabo. Could just be luck, but honestly, I'm not worried about the saboing change. It'll likely be as rare, maybe slightly more common, as the toxic tryhard 4man swf.

Survivors always care more about where the Killer is not How the killer is feeling.

Is this pc thing? I've seen one hook sabo'd since latest release on ps4.
