Steve's Scoops Ahoy bug "Ice Cream Architect"

Hello, Steve's "ice Cream Architect" (part of Scoops Ahoy skin) has a little bug, you can see a black line on top of his t-shirt. it looks like his head is not attached to his body.

It's a small detail but I would like a fix for it. Thanks :)
