The first step is always to report in-game. Without an in-game report, we cannot handle your report.
If you've already done that and happen to have a video you'd like to attach to your report, you can do so here: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=191426
As for messages, there's no need. Your report will save a chat log for us to review. If the messages happened outside of the game, you'll need to report them to their respective platform's authority (Steam, PSN, Xbox, etc.).
