DC'd survivor within 2 seconds of match start (prolly about 1 second) and the match kept going. Real nice waste of time.

Survivors can disconnect (with a penalty) without cancelling the match once all players have loaded into a match even if only one second has passed . From your description there is no way to know if the player disconnected during loading or if they saw the map name and immediately quit the match after the camera rotation completed.
