High-ping indicator

Why not instead of this vague indicator, have the actual ping in milliseconds be displayed? This would be really nice information. Pretty much every game nowadays lets you see everyone's ping in the match, so why not Dbd?
Also I would love to be able to see the other people's ping as well. Like pressing and holding down the TAB-key opens a list of everyone (with the name of killer being not displayed of course), and having their connnection to the server revealed. This would allow both killer and survivor to adapt to the high ping of the other one. Like as survivor you drop pallets early versus a high-ping killer, or a killer you don't attempt to go for grabs versus high-ping survivors, etc.
