Does Killers tend to listen more aggressive music and survivors softer?

Had a little discussion with some friends in Teamspeak. They took me as a example, all my survivor main friends listen like Techno, Pop or other relaxing music and me as Killer main am listening to Metal and Rock. That was kinda mean though xD I dont think that all Killer mains are listening that kind of stuff am I right? xD

They wanted to point out that Killer mains tempt to be a bit more "aggressive" than survivors.

False. I play both sides, but more survivor overall. Absolute metal-head.

I listen to a lot of rock and metal music, especially since I was both heavily into and played those styles of music LONG before I got into Dead by Daylight. People listen to what they want to. I'll gladly listen to DOOM 2016's soundtrack Welcome to Hell before jumping into a match as a stealthy Claudette.

Survivors are chaotic evil so they need to be metal.

I’ll usually just listen to alternative playing whatever side, then again i’m not a huge metal head so there’s that. i’ll only listen to metal whenever it’s 3AM and I know I should sleep.

I'm a killer main (most of the time), and I listen to electropop stuff like All Levels at Once. Look him up (on Bandcamp not YouTube PLEASE), it is the furthest from rock you're ever gonna get

I listen to Metallica and Alice In Chains when playing survivor and killer. Though listening to the Facelift album while playing killer does seem to fit quite well with the role. It's also nice to play Man In The Box when going up against Freddy. Harvester of Sorrow is always a good fit for playing killer.

I think you mean tend, and not tempt, bit I get what you mean.

I play both sides, and listen to basically everything other than country or gospel, but mainly metal. Was raised on it, learned guitar because of it, etc.

Maybe I'm just all over the place.

    No, that is absolutely ridiculous.

I play mostly killer and listen to lofi, that is really biased to even think of such thing.

I'm a Killer main. Not all of the music I listen to is like this, but some of it is.
