Hi everyone! . I have a serious serious problem. A few days ago I bought through the Playstation Store a package of 2200 cells. I am still waiting ... I contact dbd and they do not offer me any solution. Today I made a new purchase, but from the in-game store, after making the purchase it appears that my purchase has been canceled (from the game) and I continue without getting anything. I honestly would like a moderator to take care of this, I have all the tickets and transactions that verify my purchases.

The moderators may not be able to do anything. The best people to contact are the Support team - make sure you submit your ticket in the correct category, or it will be closed automatically. In your case, the correct category would be "Where are my Auric Cells?"
