Mouse clicks not registering

M1 and M2 will sometimes not register.
sometimes when trying to attack, use power as killer or use items as survivor nothing will happen. bug has been happening for a long time (hasn't been introduced in any recent updates at least).
I have heard a way to fix this is to change the windows display to 100% from 125% but is not ideal since i use a laptop and is very annoying to have to turn off and back on each time i play the game. pls fix this

As you said, this is not actually a bug, but a matter of scaling with Windows, the windows resolution needs to be 100% for this not to occur.
