Doctor Illusions and illusion auras not showing up at Madness tier 1

Summary:

Doctor Illusions do not show up at all during Madness tier 1.

Description:

Whenever I use the Iridescent King add-on as Doctor, I do not see any illusions appearing nor do I see any illusion auras after any Survivor reaches Madness for the first time. It's acting as if the changes in the 3.6.0. patch never happened.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the game
  2. Play Doctor with the Iridescent King add-on.
  3. Have at least one Survivor reach a Madness tier.
