Toolbox
Since the last update When I use a tool box to do a generator the 1st time it works fine if I go to another generator in the same match it does not pop up the option to use the tool box for the rest of the game. Is this some new debuff or a glitch with the update. This has happened multiple times.

The new update brought about a lot of changes to Toolboxes. One of them is that now, Toolboxes' repair speed is faster, but they run out a lot faster, too. Additionally, along with the new Patch, used up Items now don't simply burn up, they are kept in your Inventory, not being usable for the rest of the match. However, if you escape, you'll render them usable again.
What could be happening to you is that you used up all the charges of your Toolbox while repairing the first Generator and the Toolbox ran out of charges, not being usable anymore.
To verify if this is the case, once you go on repair your second Gen, try checking if the Toolbox Icon on the HUD is a bit transparent and if the white bar indicating its charges ran out .

Also, a somewhat useful side-note you might be interested in.
If you try to 99% your toolbox to save the add-ons, than that'll still result in the add-ons being lost after the trial ends. Unfortunately, now matter what you do they'll always vanish after the game ends. The item retention system is quite odd anyways, since the only way to NOW lose actual items is to die in-game.

Ah ok thanks yea I didnt see the part about your items no longer disappearing and just becoming unuable
