New Killer OP or annoyin?

i find him annoyin, i hate havin to heal twice! (Ik that's nothin to most people, but everyone is different) i don't find him OP, he's a long range version of the legion with the healin, i still have to find his weaknesses to outplay the gunshot.. 1. obviously don't run in a straight line, I've managed to escape his gun a few times without hemorrhage by fluke, throwin down pallets early rather than tryin to stun him bein long range and all, i just want to know other people's experiences playin against him..
