Stuck in bloodweb screen

I play on PS4, just before I went into a lobby with my friend, i went onto the bloodweb, when I entered the lobby, I couldnt get out of the bloodweb. I also could only buy 1 item in it. The only way to get around it was to change character and even then, I could only buy 1 item, however, it fixed the issue of being stuck in the bloodweb, but I can still only buy 1 item before switching. It has only happened once to me so far.

    I had this exact same issue yesterday as well (also PS4). While I was stuck in the blood web, the sound from selecting the node to buy was constantly looping. To fully fix it and be able to properly buy more than one item from the blood web, I had to restart the game.
