I made the mistake of buying The Legion with my actual money cause I didn't do my research on him and chose him over Myers. And he's so M1 I might as well play Wraith. What perks and add-ons to run to actually make Legion fun?

    Easiest would be slowdown. Thanatophobia, Sloppy Butcher. Probably Dying Light or something to track like BBQ, Discordance or Surveillance.

    If you don't want to have all DLCs I would highly recommend to just purchase License chapters. Everything you can buy with Iridiscent shards, don't spend money on it.
