Skillchecks not working...
Okay, I've been playing this game since launch on PS4. So I know how it should react etc. So my friend surprised me two months ago and bought Dead by Daylight so he can play with me! He only plays Survivor with me maybe 4 matches on Saturdays, other than that it's Killer and I never knew why. He'd constantly pop Gens and healing... But I'd tell him to shut up when he was apologizing and to not give up or you'll never get the hang of it. He kept telling us 2 months straight Idk how you guys are doing that (when spectating after death) and we were confused. He said the Skillchecks! I hit it right on the spot either the black or even white section (how he explained it obviously because most us know black is good skillchecks and white is great). So we insisted that there was no physical way possible. Well, we watched him on stream today (making him set one up just for this) and he's hitting skillchecks... Great and even good but the Gens/healing keep popping. We're clueless. It's like it makes no sense. He bought two new controllers... Well, technically one but took it back to double check this issue. Tried having him go wired with his DualShock 4... He went wired with his internet... We made sure proper ports were open and also his NAT Type is Open. I took Network Administration classes before so checking his internet was one of our first things we did. We're puzzled and have no idea what to even try next. Please any suggestions would be appreciated as he can only enjoy Killer as there isn't skillchecks. I've never heard of this issue until now, I didn't even believe him at first. I thought he was just bad at skillchecks! Thanks in advance, sorry for such a long discussion.
