Clown needs a rework

The Clown is weak, since he's released no one play a lot with him. He's a forgot killer and i think Bhrv may rework him, to let the Clown funnier to play with. I think he needs a buff on his power ( or change his entire power), add a new chase song, remake some addons, and buff some perks of him except Pop Goes to Weasel, because this perk is great. So he needs a rework to let him more strong and more competitive, give to him a new introduction in the game.

    The main problem is Clown is neither in, or out of the "underpowered" hole, as his power does literally nothing, meanwhile you have Legion & Bubba, who can be hindered by their powers. So he's most likely not high on BHVR's list, despite desperately needing a touch up
