DLC who buy for money and wher is this skins or somthing?

Like in topic.I buy all dlc and i got promes ppl who buy dlc for money got some special cosmetic skins or somthing only for this who buy DLC for money before 2.0.0 patch.And i start wonder wher is this special skins or somthing for this ppl?

    The cosmetics they're talking about are the alternative outfits. e.g. Feng Min's weekend clothes. Buying the character with shards or AC will not give you those alternative outfits.

    But what with skins for killers from dlc like dr or pig mayers hag etc.
