As Wraith unable to pick anyone up, also not able to Cloak
Description:
As Wraith unable to pick anyone up, also not able to Cloak. I attempted getting stunned by pallet that did not fix it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play Wraith
2. I used Windstorm Green and Purple addons if that matters
3. Down survivor, see if you can pick them up
