Kicked from Server and Locked out of Matchmaking

So I just got into a game with a friend and everything was going fine, and then it seemed like the Killer DC'd - only apparently so did I. I took a screenshot of this and the error message:

As you can see in this screenshot, it shows that the Killer DC'd (they didn't).

I DON'T CHEAT! And I don't DC either. And two days ago I was able to pay just fine so this has to be a bug. Also, my friend I was playing with was still in the game with the Killer and other two survivors and said that it still appeared as though I was in the game. I really don't want to have a DC-ing/Matchmaking Lock on my account because I don't do any of that and it seems unfair. I verified the integrity of my files after the match but am afraid to play another and get more matchmaking locks.

This error appears when your account fails to validate with Easy Anti-Cheat. You could try the steps listed here to troubleshoot it: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/kb/articles/157-eac-error-codes#eac-error-code-4 If you continue to have this issue, please contact support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us Disconnection penalties will apply regardless of why you left the match. This is to ensure that nobody can abuse the system to avoid getting a penalty.
