The community should have more say in cosmetics
Since we are the ones buying them, we should have more of a say of what cosmetics we get. Obviously shirtless myers and naked Dwight is a no-go, but what about having a contest every 1-2 months to see who can create a custom outfit to put into the game. Or a voting system to where we can vote on what cosmetics they give as choices.

I think it would be cool if they were to add more contests for custom cosmetics. It took them 7-8 months to make the cosmetics from anniversary contest. So it might take a while to do them all. In the survey, they are considering charms made by us.

I haven't bought a cosmetic or DLC since Nurse's outfit came out in August 2019.
I haven't seen any work done in map sizes, gen speeds, second objectives (which they said they were working on 1.5 years ago), and I haven't seen any double bloodpoints in forever.
Until then, I'll start spending money once I see some QOL improvements to the game.
But the Nurse WWII Outfit is my favorite outfit at the moment.

There's a lot of legal overhead that goes with community-created content, not to mention that it takes a lot of time to make cosmetics. It took about 6 months for the anniversary contest cosmetics to be made - and they look great! But I think it's good for the art team to have the freedom to make what they want for characters and not to be constantly locked into community content as they would be with monthly/bi-monthly contests.

Can't we have both here?
I know it takes a while to make cosmetics, but if we have a community contest every 3 months, we aren't putting a lot of stress on them. Only so often they have to make something from the community and the rest is up to their imagination! 😁

Even just getting a chance to vote between themes or from a handful of different sketches would be great.
