Q&Q going on Cooldown even tho it didn't do anything

Description: When you have Q&Q almost ready (like 1 second before it can be used again) and vault a Window it still does the loud noise notification and still goes on Cooldown even tho it didn't do anything.
Steps to reproduce: Vault a window before the Cooldown finishes.
How often does this occur: Every time when vaulting a Window and the Cooldown is almost finished.
