How to find known issues and bugs?

Does all patch notes and hotfix have a section of details that are known issues, and if it still happens.

    Most Patch notes have a sub-section called "bugs". This sub-section usually goes over the various bug fixes that the patch fixed. It's usually titled "Bug Fixes" but it can also be paired with Balance changes as well, so it's sometimes called "Balance and Bug fixes".

    As for any current bugs that have been reported, you'll have to go to the Bug Report sub-forum to check that out.

    There is also usually a "Known Issues" section at the bottom of the Notes for every major patch, listing the bugs that the devs are already aware of and are looking into fixing.

    For any other known bugs, you can check the Bug Reporting section as linked above. Any thread that is tagged as "acknowledged" means that the devs are aware of the bug in question and are looking into fixing it.
