Welp I'm finally doing it. I'm swapping over to Killer main. Any tips?

Honestly unless I'm playing SFW I'm not playing survivor anymore. I just don't like being left to die on hook for the sake of getting a gen done. Which I wouldn't mind if it wasn't seemingly every game. So if you play a lot of Legion, Myers, or Ghostface throw some tips at me. I might stream in the future since I do like some back seat gaming, but the way my anxiety is set up probably not...

Just sit around hooks and bring NOED. It’s the easy way to play.

With Myers 99% your tier II up until you're right behind a survivor then tier III.

With Ghostface stalk them to 99% if you want to leave the chase and pressure gens. If they heal up it stays.

With Legion try and fake pallet drops in or outside of your power. If you're not using your power then activate it instantly and jump over the pallet. Also if a survivor tries to go the a pallet or window who you've already hit, try and run in front of it and body block them.

I would recommend the tru3ta1ent way of playing ghostie boy- don’t waste a ton of time trying to stalk. Use your stealth to sneak up on people and just attack them normally. Nurses calling is good on him.

Dont be discouraged after a bad game u will have goid and bad games and try to figure out the weakest link in the other team if the weakest falls the stronger one must rescue him

also try to identify ur playstyle u might like a killer that doesnt fit ur playstyle

If you're like me and can't handle other peoples' stupidity, don't stay for end game chat. Do poorly or do well, there's more than likely going to be some loser in end game chat that feels obligated to put you down for whatever reason they come up with in their head.

Really, though, you're going to get your teeth kicked in a lot. And a lot of 'ggez git gud baby killer,' no matter how you play. So prepare to grow a thick skin.

Of the three you listed, I'd say Legion will be the easiest to learn. He can traverse maps better than the other two. Never focus more than 30 seconds on any one survivor, at least in the early/mid game. Your goal is to 'aPPlY PrEsSUrE' at that stage. Get survivors wounded, rotate between gens, force pallet drops if possible, and assume every survivor runs their meta perk builds.

Look at gen placements. If possible, you want to keep those closest to each other. If there's one way out on the other side of the map, leave it. You will learn that time is NOT on your side. The more time you can save by keeping gens near each other clear, the better.

You're going to be called out on everything you do. No matter how fair you may play, it'll never be good enough. As I said earlier, grow a thick skin. Your job is to kill, so if you need to tunnel somebody out of a match, that's up to you. In the EGC, it's fine to camp your hook, since that's your objective.

Since you're just starting out as killer, you're going to have a rough time. Matchmaking is going to put you against red ranks, so the sweat will be even more intense. I do wish you luck, it's going to be a rough ride.
