Buy Sprit and Oni?
I am buying Dbd next month and wondering should i buy Spirit and Oni Or Legion And Clown?

Spirit and Oni. Not only are they more fun than Clown (I find Legion fun though, but Oni more so. Spirit is somewhere around there), but they are leagues stronger (something Legion does lack)

Spirit is one of the best Killers in the game, and also has mid-tier perks. She can down Survivors quickly and with enough practice it becomes really easy to do well frequently with her.
Oni is a good Killer as well, but his perks aren't as good. Nemesis works with stuff like PWYF or Rancor (which is unlockable through the Spirit). His power is very simple, but mastering things like his post-dash flick and timing is hard. He is very good once you get used to him.
The Legion is widely considered one of the worst Killers in the game, but he has 1 very good perk, Discordance. He is also probably the best Killer for pipping up and gaining bloodpoints. His power synergies very well with the emblem system so you can rank up fast with him. He's also pretty easy to learn.
Clown is probably the worst Killer in the game. He has no mobility, his power doesn't help in chases as much as it should, and he is just a normal loopable M1 Killer. He has two very good perks though, Bamboozle, and Pop Goes The Weasel. These two perks are almost a good reason to just buy him.
I'll also explain what each perk I mentioned does:
bAmboozle - teachable the clown perk
Your vault speed is 5/10/15% faster.
Performing a vault action calls upon the Entity to block that vault location for 8/12/16 seconds.
Bamboozle does not affect Pallets.
Can be unlocked for all other Killers as a teachable perk at level 35 on the Clown's Bloodweb or the Shrine of Secrets. Teachable perks have an orange background.
NEMESIS - TEACHABLE THE ONI PERK
You seek retribution on those who have wronged you.
Any Survivor who blinds or stuns you using a Pallet or Locker becomes your Obsession.
Anytime a new Survivor becomes the Obsession, they are affected by the Oblivious status effect for 40/50/60 seconds and their Aura is revealed to you for 4 seconds.
You can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
Can be unlocked for all other Killers as a teachable perk at level 40 on the Oni's Bloodweb or the Shrine of Secrets.
POP GOES THE WEASEL - TEACHABLE THE CLOWN PERK
A deep bond with the Entity unlocks great strength.
After hooking a Survivor, the next Generator you break is instantly regressed by 25% of its total progression. Normal Generator regression applies after the damage is done.
Pop Goes The Weasel is active for 40/50/60 seconds after the Survivor is hooked.
Can be unlocked for all other Killers as a teachable perk at level 40 on the Clown's Bloodweb or the Shrine of Secrets.
RANCOR - TEACHABLE THE SPIRIT PERK
You become obsessed with one particular Survivor.
Each time a Generator is completed, the Obsession sees your Aura for 5/4/3 seconds.
Each time a Generator is completed, all Survivor's locations are revealed to you for 3 seconds.
Once all the Generators have been completed, the Obsession has the Exposed status effect and you can Kill your Obsession.
Can be unlocked for all other Killers as a teachable perk at level 40 on the Spirit's Bloodweb or the Shrine of Secrets.
DISCORDANCE - TEACHABLE THE LEGION PERK
Any time 2 or more Survivors are working on the same Generator, that Generator's aura is highlighted in yellow for 8/10/12 seconds.
Can be unlocked for all other Killers as a teachable perk at level 30 on the Legion's Bloodweb or in the Shrine of Secrets.
Personally, I would recommend getting the Oni and the Spirit. If you're going to play a Killer other then these two, get Legion and Clown for their perks. If you want to get BPs faster, buy the Cannibal and get him to level 35 for his perk, BBQ and Chili. This perk allows you to get 100% bonus bloodpoints at tier 3 if you hook all 4 survivors at least once. It also shows the aura of all Survivors 40 metres from the hook for 4 seconds.
