Anti-Toxic Perks
What if there were perks that had no real benefit except in toxicity form
Click: Turning on a flashlight more than 5 times in 2 seconds when inside the terror radius will result in the survivor being blinded for 50/100/150% flashlight blind duration.
Duck At Me Harder: Crouching more than 6/5/4 times in four seconds inside the killers terror radius puts the survivor in the downed state and renders them immobile for 3/4/5 seconds.
On Repeat: Fast Vaulting or Locker Entry that happens more than 4 times in 2/3/4 seconds will result in a health state loss for each repeat offense after that, giving the killer a visual notification at any range.
Who, Me?: Using a gesture within 3 seconds of throwing a pallet or vaulting causes the survivor to scream and tremble in fear for 3/4/5 seconds.
Want S'mores?: If you are on a hook and the killer stops moving for 8/6/4 seconds, does not have insidious, and is within 16 meters, the entity removes you from the hook, heals you, and gives you 10 seconds of immunity.
Don't Touch Me: While on a hook, if the killer tries to hit you with their weapon, they instead pull you off the hook, give you Borrowed Time, and become immobile for 3/4/5 seconds. Does not work if another survivor is within 8 meters.
A-Proxy-Mate: If you are on a hook and the killer remains within 16 meters for more than 8 cumulative seconds, your hook progression slows to 80/70/60% for any additional time they spend within 16 meters. Does not apply at differing elevations, while the killer is in a chase, or if they have insidious.
(8 seconds is to account for the fact that they START at the hook when they put you on it. So a few seconds is guaranteed anyways)

The flashlight one is firecracker. I couldn't believe I got blinded by another survivor while slugged.

Lol the firecracker was probably a pre-emptive attempt to save you. They are hard to time.
And Click is a killer perk. So survivors who click at you a bunch get screwed over.
