What am I supposed to do when the end game collapse starts and people are using decisive strike and borrowed time it doesn't really seem fair to let people just get away for free...

I mean why is it the survivors seem to have so many second chance perks but the killers don't seem to have any other then no one escapes death but that seems like it's frowned upon being used and to be honest I don't like the idea of a perk potentially not activating the whole game if they do the dull totems.

I'll admit I'm not the greatest killer but I'm just looking for some answers or something I can practice to get better to counter this. Is there a perk combination I'm unaware of that stops this all from working?

    I try to play survivor and killer about 50-50 so I know being slugged / tunneled sucks so I do my best to try not to do that I'm hoping there's another answer I can do I'm not saying yours is wrong by any means and I might try to do that more so if no other answers pop up.
