Huntress vs deathslinger hitbox
Why is it that the deathslinger has such accurate hitboxes that need to land directly on the body but the huntress still hits when she shouldn't and doesn't hit when it needs to, im so god damn tired of being hit around corners

Agree. It's so sad watching your hatchet just whiff though the Survivors whole body...and yeah you get cheap shots too.

Hatchets that shouldn't hit will hit and hatchets that should hit will never hit. That's how it works unfortunately.

Even if you hit with Deathslinger it may still go through the survivor.
LOL!

I think the point is that Deathslinger has an easier time/chance hitting survivors with his micro hitbox compared to the huntress who has issues with her white van sized hatchets.

These hitboxes aren't meant for a projectile as small as a gun, or a bullet, or a spear.

Honestly I think the tiny hitbox works just as much against him as it does with him. Sure, it’ll make it a lot less likely to hit something it shouldn’t, but it’ll also make it a lot more likely to hit nothing at all. It’s a double-edged sword, and it makes it so that precision is actually pretty key with his shots.

I agree completely. What I find sad is I enjoy him more than huntress just for the sole fact his aiming is more precise. If huntress had a scope I'd be so happy! But then she can be OP lol

Huntress if you want to snowball quick and end chases fast
Deathslinger if you want consistent gameplay, a bit of stall and a good time.

I prefer Deathslinger because I don’t like that Huntress relies more on mindgames than actual aim to do well—the rev makes it so that you have to dupe the Survivor or else they’ll just cower behind walls, and no amount of deadeye is going to fix that. Deathslinger doesn’t have to deal with that since he has little to no rev.

As long as they can fix the "harpoon teleporting through survivors" issue on Deathslinger I like the tighter hitboxes. Lets me shoot through tiny gaps on quite a few loops where otherwise I'd just have to force the pallet in the boring way as a 110ms killer.
