Summary:

When the Iron Will perk is equipped at level 3, noise is still made while injured.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install and launch build 3.6.1

2. Equip the Iron Will perk at tier 3.

3. Load into a match and take a hit from the killer.

Did you see if the killer was using Stridor? Stridor will counter Iron Will and make your groans audible, but at a reduced volume.
