Some Positivity
I’ve been hovering in yellow ranks on survivor for a while, going up and down based on matches, but today I finally hit green ranks! 12!!! It may not last long because I’m barely at it, but it’s still cool to see progression and that even at 13 I was mostly safety pipping.
Just wanted to share some positivity. What’s your most recent achievement on the game?

I've hit rank 1 playing sets of completely different killers and completely different playstyles from the pre-ruin and post-ruin eras.
Hardly something no one else has done, but it puts me in a weird place because I do believe the game has some imbalances on the killer side that makes playing even green ranks an absolute sweatfest a lot of the time, but in the same breath if I could get to rank 1 I think most people could if they honestly took a look at their mistakes and worked to improve.

Getting 4% and saving my team. We didn't make it out but to get 4% on that slug fest Billy was the best thing ever.

OMG this made me smile so much. That 4% in situations like this is SO GOOD.
One time during SWF my sister said to our friend "just yeet, right in front of his face" and somehow it worked??? I can't remember if he actually managed to escape, but man, we had the SAME reaction you and your friends had on voice chat.

I swear The Entity listens in and in situations like the 4% turns into 99%. The Billy, although he didn't respect the 4%, was still PISSED post game when I joked about not respecting the 4%.
DBD makes me want to slam my keyboard at times but games like this make up for it SO much!

Bonus positivity: switched to killer later in the evening to do some dailies/rifts (and get shorter queue times). Played as Ghostface and got absolutely stomped on in one game. I"m still working on getting better at his power since he's new to me. But one of the survivors messaged me post-chat to say gg and even offered a little friendly advice about focusing more on stalking! It's the first message I've gotten since opening my settings to allow non-friends to message (I'm on PS4), and it was so lovely to get someone nice!
