Oni changes
I was thinking why not give Oni his dash as part of his base kit? He has no power until he hits someone but he has to find someone and then hit them. I think giving his dash as part of his base would really help him out while still having him get blood orbs to get a one shot would be fair.

Stronger? Depends. But they would be pretty similiar.

I think giving the Oni the ability to ping around generators at with a controllable 195.5% movespeed dash, getting either hits/burning pallets quickly only to then upgrade to a 1 shot as base a bit too powerful.
I think he's fine as is personally.

He has Billy's chainsaw, and after a while has an instant down basic attack too.
