    That's a cheat. Some one is using undetected third party software to gain an advantage. There are ESP hacks, No clipp (walk thru walls) hacks, Speed hacks. There are so many cheaters... But it's not just this game... Any PC games, specially FPS games. Easy Anti Cheat and BattleEye are not hack proof.
