This has been this way since the release of Chapter 15. At least for Xbox ANY toolbox I use goes down all the way to zero withing a few seconds. I stopped using toolboxes because of it. Please fix this! Thank you

Toolboxes were changed in 3.6.0. They now repair generators faster than before, but they're used up much faster as well.

    They nerfed toolboxes to make them like this. This isn’t a bug.
