Stop complaining about solo queue

I know that you can get very bad teammates. That's why I don't play survivor much. BUT why is every solo queue player complaining. Like if you all are so good why aren't you being matched with all the solo players complaining about bad teammates. Unless these bad players never talk and only the good ones do. I bet if we did a poll looking at how often you get bad teammates it would be very high. If it is above 50% then maybe some people aren't as good as they think they are and they are the bad teammate everyone is complaining about. Now I'm not saying they don't exist. I can go 4 games in a row with crouching claudettes. But is the whole solo queue sucks thing just a case of git gud?

Okay, this is a tip for all solo queue survivors out there.

    ADD KINDRED TO YOUR BUILD.

Seriously, they buffed the crap out of it so if you use it your games will be better, trust me.

Maybe if there is no swf. Kindred is built in. And reworked as a perk

Well maybe of killers didn't make it so hard for the solo-queuers, then maybe we'd have less to complain about or not make SWF groups, use "second chance" perks everywhere, and not gen-rush.

There are two sides to every coin here.

Like I said. Obviously killers can bring a mori and demolish them. But if we're assuming the killer is highly skilled then why aren't we assuming the survivors are highly skilled?

You just see the people that rant about solo queuing because either they got a bad game or had experienced the players around them not doing what they expect them to do. Or even catch someone doing something, last second or by chance, that makes them look bad.

Kindred does help in some ways but doesn't help with how your team mates could act. Nothing ever will. You know, when the perk is active you can see what your team is doing. But depending on how you interpret the information. Your team might not be doing anything 'productive'. I'm not saying it's a bad perk, it's helpful. Depending on who is using it.

Also it depends on a 'good' and ' bad' player.

Scenario: The 'good' player could be a gen only person and likes to stealth but isn't good at looping. Sees a 'bad' player never doing gens, always looping and is doing hook saves only. The 'good' player can see this as" I never see this guy on a [BAD WORD] gen and he is wasting pallets" All gens pop off and 'good' player gets seen by killer and gets NoEd. Everyone leaves and 'good' player dies and feels that the others didn't help. So in 'good' player's eyes the others sucked.

    This is just an example.

Kindred isn't going to stop getting queued up with players who literally just choose to hide all game, refuse to do gens or cleanse tokens, dc because they don't want to face a killer (Doctor or Freddy) that they dislike, and getting ranked with low skill players who still don't know what to do despite being in purple or red rank.

killers are too op for solo 😂 not all of us can run the killer for 10 minutes like Tru3Talent. I kinda wish this game wasn’t like that. Someone’s gonna get found every game but they shouldn’t make it so punishing if you do. Iridescent heads, hook camping, Ebony Mori, plethora of ways to trigger exposed, one hit downs, excessive lunge attacks when they’re already kinda fast, laggy hits, crappy hit boxes, I just don’t think people are going to enjoy playing survivor as much because there’s not a lot to do anyways besides stare at a progress bar and watch yourself bleed out on a hook. Chases are fun but don’t make it so penalizing as soon the killer catches you for the first time, because it’s probably the last. It’s designed so the killer has the advantage of catching you. You’re not running the killer infinitely. So why does anyone deserve to die after getting caught once as I’m seeing in most of these games 😂 teammates can’t get heals or rescue because you’re just going back on it or getting Mori’d. Eh... Idk if it’s some kind of protest for gen speed, but honestly slowing gen speed isnt gonna make things better I don’t want to stare at a progress bar all game long. That’s not fun for everyone. If only we could find generator parts 😄

I didn't mention player skill at all. All I said was that killers make it hard with the lately rampant tunnelling and camping.

There are thousands of people who play this game, and most of them will just play it without visiting forums, going on Discord, watching streamers, joining groups, etc. This forum is a microcosm. It’s not a stretch to imagine that some of the team mates people complain about are those who play the game casually.

I complain about solo queue because it sucks a lot of the time. But not all the time - you do get good team mates. It’s just frustrating when you do what you can for your team, buy them time and try to save them from their boneheaded plays and they make completely basic mistakes like healing in the open, three genning themselves, throwing down safe pallets as a distraction, etc.

    NEVER!!!

    Everybody sucks but meeeeeeeeeee!!!!

Anyway, a lot of solo players are fine but I swear once in a while you hit the solo queue person where it's like....what in the hell are you thinkin dude?!?!

I don't know if they're someone high ranked but somehow have never played the game before or the more likely scenario, they're being greedy tossers who care more about getting the unhook than the fact that they're about to get me killed since the killer is right behind them but man, it sucks to get stuck with dum survivors.

I understand that Kindred doesn't magically make my team mates better. However, It gives me the opportunity to be that better player. Sure, if all my team does is hide and I'm the only one doing gens and saves we'll all die.

Have you guys seen Kindred recently. I feel like its buff went under the radar of a lot of players. Basically, if you're hooked, reveal the killer's aura within a 16 meter radius and show your allies each other radius.

However, it now also applies that effect to your teammates when they are hooked as well. So you can be doing a generator and get notified of where the team is once that happens and you'll know if nobody else is going for the save.

As I stated before, it doesn't compensate you for worthless allies that only hide all game, but, it does make you easier to rescue and your team easier to rescue.

The only problem as a solo player are players who DC/on hook. Solos need no buff, SWFs need a nerf. Point.

Good thing i saved zhis :) Its hillarious how often i can post this here.

In my observations, survivors tend to forget that swf is not the default mode.

Its not that solo is hard, swf plus comms is just soo much easier

EDIT: Also, hatch exists and only requires you to outlive the others..
