Bugged power & movement speed

Summary:
Legion becomes really fast... and can't use power.
Description:
Game was going like normal, then after legion downed david (rank 9 surv on screenshot) after hitting him with frenzy. Killer then became super fast and couldn't use their power for the rest of the match. Poor guy let us go because they just wanted to play the game before they got bugged.
