New killer. The MegaTotem

Backstory.

After years of cleansing random bones found on the floor, Ryan Ford searched the internet for rituals based around souls. He had always been a freak that was into these sort of things. After 24 hours of solid searching, he found one he truly liked. In this one, he would have to use the bones he had collected all these years and pile them up into a hole he had to dig in the forest. To do the ritual, he had to be alone... He didn’t tell his parents what he was gonna do that night and he just said he was gonna hang around at his mates for a bit. 8pm struck and Ryan had found his way into the forest with his rucksack full of bones. He started to dig a hole. Once the hole had been dug, he emptied his bag into it. Animal bones, human bones, whatever bones he could find. All in one hole. He had brought some matches with him as he had to set it on fire. It was now hexed. He started chanting, ‘Fire, fire, bring the soul. Use the bones that are in the hole. Make it evil, make it bad. The more frightening it is, the more I’ll be glad.’ Within seconds, the ground started trembling. A massive pile of dirt grew from the ground. Ryan started walking backwards, excited and frightened from the sight of this beast. Before he knew it, it was chasing him and he ran into the darkness. No one, would ever forgive him...

Power.

Hex. Every time a survivor cleanses a totem, the MegaTotem will flame up into a hex totem for 3 minutes. Every time the MegaTotem hits a survivor whilst hexed, the survivor will catch on fire and will have 45 seconds to find a water fountain around the map to put out the fire (takes 10 seconds to put it out) otherwise they will go down a health state. (Does not go down if the MegaTotem is chasing them)

Whilst Hexed, when the MegaTotem kicks a generator, the generator will catch on fire and start to regress 10% faster. A survivor will have to get some water from a water fountain to put out the fire. Otherwise, the survivor cannot repair that generator.

Addons

The MegaTotem remains hexed for the entire trial, generators that are on fire will regress normally, takes 3 seconds less to put out a fire. Pink Addon.

Takes an extra 3/5/7 seconds to put out the fire. Yellow/green/purple.

There are 1/2/3 less water fountains in the map. Yellow/green/purple.

Survivors don’t catch on fire when hit, but will need 2 buckets of water to put out the fire on a generator. Purple addon.

When survivors cleanse a hex totem, the MegaTotem will be hexed for 5 mins. Purple addon.

When a dull totem is cleansed, the mega totem will be hexed for an extra 10/20/30 seconds. Brown/Yellow/Green

Perks.

Bones of Steel.

One Dull totem in the trial will be highlighted in yellow to you. This dull totem CANNOT be cleansed by a survivor until all generators are complete. This totem will take an extra 2/3/4 seconds to cleanse.

’No one can cleanse, when these bones are made of steel!’ - The MegaTotem

Gotcha.

When hitting a survivor from healthy to injured, the survivors sprint boost will be decreased by 25/50/75%.

’Does the pain slow you down?’ - The MegaTotem

Hex: Struggling Save.

A hex rooting its power on pain.

Whilst the hex is still standing, it will take an extra 2/3/4 seconds to rescue a survivor off the hook. Once the hex as been cleansed, it will take an extra 0/0.5/1 second to rescue a survivor off the hook.

’You will always struggle in my care!’ - The MegaTotem

Ryan Ford.

A typical teenager that loves freaky stuff. Energetic and brave. Will do what he can to get away. Strong with muscles.

Heavy Weight

When in horrible situations, you put in all of your weight.

When trying to wiggle out of the killers arms, the killer will walk 3/4/5% slower.

Heavy Weight has a cool down of 60/50/40 seconds.

You have to be strong, to be a heavy weight!’ - Ryan Ford

Hook Struggle

When on the hook and in the struggling state, if a survivor comes and rescues you. The perk activates. Whilst activated, if you get picked up by the killer again within 45/60/90 seconds, the closest hook to you will immediately break.

’If you believe, it may happen.’ - Ryan Ford

Dying Desire

When in the dying state and within 8/12/16 metres from another survivor, you recover 25% quicker and any blood trails that you may have left behind, disappear 1 second quicker!

’Has my teammate forgiven me?’ - Ryan Ford

New Map - Red Forest at Night - The Area Of The Ritual.

Please tell me what u think!!!!

    lets do this.

the power on the surface seems very strong, and it can be with the right perks, but once they know it's mega totem the survivors will most likely just not cleanse unless necessary (Devour with 3 or 4 stacks for example), meaning from then on he's just an M1 killer. it's never a good idea to have a killer power be solely based on the survivors actions, because then it encourages them not to do that action.

Bones of steel is alright, and has obvious synergy with NOED

I'm Not Obsessed confused me on it's wording (like for T1/2 is it randomised survivors or the first ones you hit), and I think tiers would be better as how much speed they lose on hit.

Hex: Struggling slave seems a bit too weak for a hex, and I think it should just have the first effect normally

Heavy weight seems alright, but maybe it should be 2%/4%/6% or 4%/6%/8% because on killers like nurse or any of the 110% speed ones a -10% is deadly

    Hook struggle is good

the 3rd perk with no name is also good

Overall: the killer needs some improving, but the chapter itself is alright

Remember, it's up to you to decide what changes you see fit as your chapter grows. you don't need to take everyones suggestions, and you have the right to keep the chapter as is if you feel that's what is best.

Hi. Thank you so much for responding! People rarely respond to my creations. 😂.

I sorta tried to make the power based around the MegaTotem (as u probably know), basically what I wanted out of this power is that, if you have hex perks with this killer, survivors will have to cleanse them knowing the risk of their actions. Also if u had NOED with this killer, survivors don’t know that which means that they most likely will cleanse the totems. I can change it. I also had another idea for his power. U know those flame barrels that are around the map? I was gonna make it so that the MegaTotem can flame himself up using those barrels but he can only use 5. (More including Addons)

About the Perks. I have completely gotten rid of I’m NOT Obsessed as I wasnt really happy with the perk and I forgot to change it earlier on. Hex: Struggling save, I have changed that to 2/3/4 seconds and hopefully this will annoy survivors, especially if the killer is a camper. 😂 lol.

As for Heavy Weight, I have changed it to 3/4/5% because I forgot about killers having different speed tbh with u.

and I have given the other perk that doesn’t have a name, I have it a name and I called it Dying Desire. 👍🏻

Again, thank you for responding. Let me know what I should do with the MegaTotems power! Thanks!
