Buff Ideas for Weak/Decent Survivor's Perks | From Lucky Break to No Mither

The Survivors have a couple of really great perks and many weak perks. It must be changed! I will give some buffs ideas to improve some weak and decent perks for survivors.
Lucky Break
if you are injured, you leave 50/75/100% less bloodtrail
Why does the Iron Will perk completely removes the groans of pain for whole match but this perk allows you to remove traces of blood for only 3 minutes? it is very unfair given the fact that for this chapter you have to pay money, however Jake Park is free
Any Means Necessary
Press and hold the Active Ability button for 4 seconds while standing beside a dropped pallet to reset it to its upright position
Any Means Necessary has a cool-down of 60/45/30 seconds
The cooldown of this perk is simply huge and it has a very negative effect on it. So if you had a cooldown of 1 minute you would use this perk more often and get more profit from it
Red Herring
After repairing a Generator for at least 3 seconds, it will be highlighted by a yellow aura to you at unlimited distance and to other Survivors within a radius of 8 meters
The Generator stays highlighted until it is fully repairing, or you repair a new Generator, or enter a Locker
Entering any Locker will trigger a Loud Noise indicator for the Killer at the highlighted Generator's location and Highlighted Generator's aura turns red and starts blinking for 5 seconds to all survivors within a radius of 8 meters from it
Red Herring can only be triggered once every 60/50/40 seconds
Nowadays, some people use this perk to troll other survivors and substitute them, my decision can save these survivors and the perk will be more informative, because other survivors will know that this generator is marked and may be used for distraction
Buckle Up
The recovery progress of dying Survivors can be determined by the intensity of their Auras at a distance of up to 48 meters
You heal downed Survivors 10/20/30% faster
When you heal a Survivor from the Dying State to Injured State, both the healed Survivor and yourself see the Killer's Aura for a duration of 5 seconds
The meaning of this perk is to help the downed Survivors, but this perk gives very little and I decided to give it a nice bonus that makes the perk more useful and it will be taken not only by beginners, but also experienced players in serious builds
Better Together

Fixated
Remove the condition that you need to be Uninjured
This condition is very wrong because most of its potential is revealed in chases and this condition spoils this perk very much
Boil Over
Your Struggle Effects on the Killer are increased by 100/110/120%
You obscure the Killer's ability to read the auras of hooks that are within a range of 24 meters
Remove the perk icon from the sight of the killer
Nowadays, this perk is useless because 75% do not give any effect, and the radius of the hooks within a radius of 14 meters is very small, so I decided to give him such buffs
Pharmacy
Searches through chests are 40/60/80% faster and the noises they cause along with their hearing distance are reduced by 8 metErs
Pharmacy guarantees a Ranger Med-kit with 0/1/2 random add-ons on your first completed Chest Search
You heal Injured survivors 6/8/10% faster
Now this perk has become more interesting and more useful, now it makes more sense to take it, especially after first-aid kits rework. Also the inability to bring a Ranger Med-Kit from a match is quite an honest idea because this first-aid kit is the rarest in the game and it would not be fair to take it without buying it in a BloodWeb and not finding in the chest, so that's why I came up with such an idea
No Mither
If you have been wounded at least once in a match, the Broken effect is applied to you
The Killer can't see that you have a Broken effect
No Mither allows you to get to Injured State from Dying State many times per match
You do not leave bloodtrail
Sounds from injuries are muffled by 50/75/100% for the whole match
Your recovery speed increased by 30/40/50% (The effect DOES NOT stack)
If the Killer grabs you while in a Dying State and you have less than 50% recovery, 20% is added to the wiggle progression
This perk is a meme nowadays and absolutely useless in practice, The Killer sees that the survivor from the beginning of the game has a Broken effect and if he downs a Survivor with a Broken effect he will immediately grab a Survivor, my version makes this perk much more useful and interesting, the killer will not be able to guess right away that you have this perk and that makes it a little less situational. Otherwise, if the killer picks you up right away, then the perk will also do something and make it more effective. I hope the developers will see my post and take my idea for a buff for at least one of the listed perks
