Best Exhaustion Perk?
In my opinion, all exhaustion perks are valuable. Some perks have more potential, and some perks can be used more frequently. Because of this it can be difficult to decide which is superior. When you are assessing the perks, I would suggest taking into account how effective they are, how easily can they be used, and how well they can be used with other perks.

Sprint Burst
Since I'm Solo Queue, Adrenaline isn't the best since NoED is a common factor between matches. And although SB is the only one of these to have a downside, if you're skilled at using the perk then the downside isn't as big of a deal as many people make it.
