03/25 patch hatch gave no survival or objective points...??? Bug???

Just played a match after the blood rush patch went through, I was the last survivor on the newest map and got the hatch, did not award any points in the match or on the after score screen.... bug??


I clipped it on xbox live should it be needed...

It just happened to me again, took hatch on a different map and no points whats so ever, its not happening every time, but still.... why?? How do you report bugs to the Devs?

    You should be getting both the Survival and bonus points when escaping through the hatch, so this does seem like a selective bug that's happening to you.

    My best advice is to go on the Bug Report sub-forum and FIRST find if this issue has already been reported. If it has, than up vote the post and maybe write a comment after. If it hasn't been reported than please click the link in the purple box above and follow the instructions to fill out a bug report. The box you're looking for will be shown below.

    Would you be able to post the video you took? It would be easier for us to give a second opinion on what's going on if we can see it.
