As a developer myself, (Not for this game ROFL) there is not enough free time in the day to try and track down every thing someone has an issue with. If you provide enough detail to know what the issue is, it makes prioritizing it for a release much easier. There isn't time to have Dev both do QA and develop. If it is not high enough priority for you to demonstrate what the issue is, then they will not prioritize it to get fixed. That said........ if this was something that was supposed to be fixed. Oh you can bet they know what you are talking about.

I think they blame the internet connection when they can't figure something not competent or just ignores it they need to improve their design of game there is one issue they can easily fix and that is the color of the skill check meter it too easily blends in with background and another thing why is there a delay when you unhook a survivor and then heal them, it should be a lot quicker from unhooking to healing, if they would play this game they would easily see this makes no sense.
