Improve Sound

Hey,

I recently heard a streamer talk about sound being much better with the "sound pack".

So my question: Is the sound just dependent on how good your headphones are or is there a (legal) way to improve the sound quality, like changing the ini files etc.?

Because I'd really like to be able to hear survivors better around corners.

The quality of your headset does play a role in the quality of DBD's sounds, but they are a bit buggy at times.

Regarding changing your player setting files, there are some files you can edit for a better sound quality. However, I don't recommend doing so due to the fact that you can get banned if you edit some files, so if you wanna do it, make sure you know which ones you can edit without getting banned.
