Getting banned cause of connection issue

Platform: PC

When the server goes down, or i dunno why i get disconnected cause of "match server unavaiable" i get matchmaking lock, Im tired of this it happens to me all day and now Im 6 hours ban

This occur randomly

OBS: My internet has no problem i can play other games and download faster as possible.

    Behavior send me a email with the ''fix'', I think it worked couse im no longer getting kicked so heres the solution:

    If you are playing on PC, please restart your computer and Steam client and do a hard reset on your network router to see if this issue persists. If it does, please follow these steps:


    1.) Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run"

    2.) Type "cmd" (without quotes) and hit enter to bring up "Command Prompt"

    3.) First, type "ipconfig /release" (without quotes) and hit enter

    4.) Second, type "ipconfig /renew" (without quotes) and hit enter

    5.) Lastly, type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) and hit enter

    6.) We also advise repairing/reinstalling EAC

    7.) Restart your computer


    Also, please do the following on Steam to confirm that your game files are not corrupted:


    1.) Go to your Steam Library

    2.) Right-click on Dead by Daylight

    3.) Click 'Properties'

    4.) Click on the tab 'Local Files'

    5.) Click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'
